1/7/14 - Surgery on right hip 1/9/14 - Walking with moderate limp 1/14/14 - Negligible limp. Moving briskly up and down stairs. 1/15/14 - Post-op. Referred soreness in right quad. 1/17/14 - First time going out after surgery (Noni's). Jumped a fence the following morning. 1/18/14 - First day feeling worse than day prior. Strange knifing pain while putting weight on right leg. 1/23/14 - Surgery on left hip 1/25/14 - First time driving after left hip surgery 1/27/14 - Walking with moderate limp. By end of day, walking up stairs is almost normal again. 1/29/14 - Walking with mild limp. Walked from 1280 to Park Tavern and back. 1/30/14 - Right hip flexion and internal rotation is not painful. Ceased icing. 1/31/14 - Residual mild swelling in anterior-lateral part of left hip. Lateral thigh still numb. Dark bruising is fading and olive bruising is becoming visible.
